You can connect with the Luma Health Support team in real time using the Live Chat feature in the Help widget. When you do, a member of the Luma Health Support team will join the chat to help you with your question. When your chat ends, you have the opportunity to rate the support you receive and leave feedback for the team. Additionally, you can review the transcript of your chat on the Requests page of My Activities in your Luma Health Support account.

To start a chat with Luma Health Support:

In your Luma account, click the
button to open the widget.

Use the search bar to search for the topic you want help with.
- Be sure to press Enter on your keyboard to initiate the search.
- Click Live Chat.
Use the Live Chat feature to get real-time help from the Luma Health Support team
You can view transcripts from your completed chat sessions in My Activities.
