When you require assistance from our Luma Health Support team, you can submit a ticket to open a request and get support. To communicate with Luma Health by email, you must first log in to your Luma Health account. Your requests will have one of three statuses:
- Open. These are requests that the Luma Health team is currently working on.
- Awaiting Your Reply: Requests that need your attention.
- Solved: Requests that have been resolved.
Note that account administrators can access only their direct requests or requests on which they are carbon copied (CCed). If you need access to all requests from your organization, you must submit a request for access to Luma Health Support.
To access your requests and communicate with the Luma Health Support team, follow the steps below.
- From within Luma Health, click the ? icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen. The Luma Health Help Center opens.
- Click your name in the upper right corner, then click My Activities.
- Click Requests to view your requests.
- My Requests: These are requests where you are the main point of contact.
- Requests I’m CC’d on: These are other requests from your organization that you are carbon copied on.
- Organization requests: These are all the requests from your organization. This tab is available to account administrators only if they have specifically requested access from Luma Health Support.
